The Children’s Book Bank is committed to being a source for free "read aloud" books for children in need. Board books, picture books, alphabet books, books about numbers, colors, animals, shapes and words, story books, rhyming books, Dr. Seuss books, and books in Spanish are greatly needed.

Early chapter books in great condition are also welcome.

Please, no encyclopedias, no musty or damaged books, and no school text books.

We accept book donations during open hours at our warehouse located at 1728 NE Glisan Street, Portland, OR 97232. This is one block north of Sandy Blvd., on NE Glisan, between NE 17th and NE 18th. Look for the blue double doors.

When you make a book donation, we will ask for your e-mail address so we can send you a record of your gift.
